Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and, if applicable, to fill out health forms.

Please cancel any treatments at least 24 hours before you are scheduled to receive them. Please give us 72 hours notice for appointments scheduled for weekends, holidays, or Spa Week. Appointments that are not canceled in a timely manner, or missed without notice, will be charged to the credit card we have on file by our automated system. In the event that a client is charged for a missed treatment, as a courtesy, we allow clients to reschedule and complete the charged treatment at no extra cost.

Please attempt to arrive on time, as treatments will usually end when scheduled in order to accommodate subsequent clients. If a client is late for their treatment, we may have to cut their session short. However, if no other client is waiting for the esthetician, we will extend the scheduled time.

Some treatments and packages, and the prices associated therein, are subject to change for seasonal or other reasons. These changes will be reflected in our website(s) and brochures as soon as possible, but please confirm availability and pricing upon scheduling an appointment.

Services may be denied in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of our staff.

Products acquired at our spa may be returned within 7 days of purchase if the original packaging is intact. Products may be exchanged within 21 days, if the original packaging is intact.
